As we all continue to navigate through these unprecedented times together, we realize that now, more than ever, we need to be support for each other – be the shoulder to lean on, the ear to listen, and the hand to hold. We are all dealing with the uncertainty and unknown but also trying to find the light at the end of the tunnel.
Earlier this month, ESA scheduler Danielle reached out to an advisor to schedule a meeting for her wholesaler client. The advisor responded that they just did not have the time right now as they had turned their focus to making masks. Up to that point, they had made a total of about 900 masks. That moment created an instant human connection between Danielle and the advisor as Danielle had also been making masks for her family and friends in her spare time. They swapped stories about how hard it has been to find supplies such as elastic.
Moments like these are greatly heart-felt and appreciated in a time like this because it reminds us that we are all in this together. We are schedulers, and our job is to fill calendars for our clients, but the wellness of our clients and advisors means so much. If the past few weeks have taught us anything it’s that we are here to lift each other up.
