Recently ESA’s Director of Sales, Dana Smith, discussed scheduling services with mutual funds wholesaler, Keith. She inquired about Keith’s current scheduler, who he said is not performing as he had hoped. Dana mentioned that ESA partners with one of Keith’s co-workers and has had great success. Keith immediately said, “You must be talking about Alex.”
Alex is the number one wholesaler in his entire company and sings the praises of his scheduler, Nancy, every chance he gets. Keith was been so impressed with Alex’s success and ESA’s program that he immediately brought another colleague into the mix and they both asked for proposals from ESA.
